Where is my order?
As soon as your order leaves us, we send a shipping confirmation email. That email contains your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel through to delivery.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and search for the email address you used at checkout. If it still isn't there, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Tracking hasn't updated
Tracking can take a little time to show movement after a parcel is collected. If nothing has changed after a few days, get in touch and we will chase it up with the carrier.
